Which comes first, offering Employee Benefits or needing a go to person for Human Resource (HR) issues?

Allegheny Benefits & Consulting, LLC began as an answer to that question.

The right answer is that a business needs both!  As soon as a business hires its first employee (even if it is a spouse or other family member), HR needs to start.  It can be as simple as displaying the appropriate federal, state and local employment posters to writing employee handbook or policy manual. Once that process begins, the next logical step is to put into place employee benefits.
